Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead cloud migration projects on AWS with CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching strategies
- Collaborate with global teams across 3 time zones
- Architect secure RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Java/Spring development with cloud architecture
- Proven AWS certification (Solutions Architect Professional preferred)
- Experience leading agile teams and sprint planning
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design expertise
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
