Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with international product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security standards are met.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and propose architectural improvements for long-term stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in English (B2+ level) for effective cross-border communication.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural, remote-first environment.
- Willingness to relocate to New York, NY.
