Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define and execute product requirements.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical interviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the application stack and implement optimizations to improve speed and scalability.
- Security: Ensure application security by adhering to industry standards and implementing necessary security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js or Python.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and containerization tools like Docker.
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
