Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale, secure software applications using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (Python, Java, or Go preferred).
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) for global collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global team members.
