Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, and backend) to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug code to maintain system stability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript or Python.
- Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
