Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to software engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the distributed remote team.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process (H1B, O-1, etc.) if required.
