Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and system bottlenecks.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and security standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# (depending on specialization).
- Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Microservices Architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Relational Databases (SQL) and NoSQL technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
