Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, DevOps) in agile sprints
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and technical innovation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Node.js)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and architectural design abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with international teams and remote collaboration tools
