Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead architectural reviews and code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Willingness to relocate to Saint Paul, MN.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
