Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure strict adherence to engineering standards.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement performance improvements to enhance user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, technical growth, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular), Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Agile: Proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
