Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale microservices using modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Mentor and code review for junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Conduct code audits to ensure security best practices and adherence to company standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations to resolve production incidents rapidly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular).
- Strong experience with AWS or Azure cloud services and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Boston, MA, with visa sponsorship available for international candidates.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
