About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting solutions that drive our core products. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that delight our customers. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior developers and contribute to our engineering culture.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing code reviews and technical guidance.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and a solid understanding of web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
