Responsibilities
- Lead development of cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and scalability for 10M+ user platform
- Drive adoption of modern technologies (Kubernetes, Terraform, Go)
- Participate in agile ceremonies and backlog grooming
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in at least one modern language (Go, Java, Python)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring teams
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design
