Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS/GCP and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% deployment reliability
- Lead agile sprints using Jira and Confluence
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven performance analysis
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Python/Java with cloud-native development
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and security protocols
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating production-level scalable applications
