Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with Product on roadmap prioritization
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech community
- Drive DevOps automation using Terraform and Kubernetes
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in distributed systems
- Expertise in Go/Python and container orchestration
- Proven track record of SaaS scalability
- Certifications in AWS/Azure (preferred)
- Strong background in event-driven architectures
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog/NewRelic)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
