Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal teams via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service request logs in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical escalations
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and system implementations
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials for team-wide use
- Assist with network administration tasks including switch/router configurations
Qualifications
- No prior tech experience required - we provide comprehensive training!
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not mandatory
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Basic familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Eagerness to learn networking fundamentals and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license (for occasional off-site support duties)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installation/maintenance
