Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and AWS cloud infrastructure management
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Drive DevOps best practices including Kubernetes and Terraform implementations
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct performance tuning and security vulnerability assessments
- Represent engineering at cross-functional sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and containerization technologies
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment
