Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and user stories.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Demonstrated experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Ability to relocate to Boston, MA (Relocation assistance provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
