Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and agile methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be willing to relocate to Indianapolis, IN.
