Responsibilities

- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Document IT processes and develop disaster recovery protocols
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure, network security, and virtualization technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities with complex system diagnostics
- Valid CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with ITIL frameworks and service management
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical staff
