Responsibilities
- Architect and develop: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance to junior developers, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve speed and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements.
- Infrastructure Management: Assist in maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive technical resolution strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Programming: Proficiency in modern languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end architecture.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to New Orleans, Louisiana.
