What You Will Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the development of scalable, high-performance applications. You will work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant, efficient code.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, QA, Product) to define feature requirements and specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the engineering team's best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug code in production and development environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Must be willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK, and provide documentation for the relocation assistance program.
