Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications using AWS and Azure
- Lead Agile/Scrum development cycles with cross-functional teams across 5+ countries
- Mentor junior engineers through our structured onboarding program
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with global product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Drive code reviews and architectural improvements
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and technical communities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software development experience with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Proven ability to work in multicultural, distributed teams
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Portfolio showcasing full-stack projects
- Optional: Prior experience with US visa processes
