Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex system issues and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations and digital transformation
- Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for deployment efficiency
- Conduct regular security audits and implement compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Lead migration projects for legacy systems to modern cloud architectures
- Mentor junior IT staff and document technical procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS/Azure and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Expertise in network security, firewalls, and threat mitigation strategies
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship (H-1B, O-1, etc.)
- Professional certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred
