Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance microservices using Go and TypeScript.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex data pipelines and real-time processing systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability to meet enterprise standards.
- Drive technical decision-making and innovation within the engineering squad.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies, specifically Go or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
