Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster team growth and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement performance improvements to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
