Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code through code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in English (speaking and writing) for effective communication.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first or hybrid environment.
