Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud solutions using AWS/Azure
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across the team
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and workshops
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go with cloud frameworks
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
