Responsibilities
- Design and implement resilient, auto-scaling cloud infrastructure solutions across multi-cloud environments
- Lead migration of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure-as-code deployments
- Optimize cloud spending while maintaining 99.99% system availability
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Implement robust security frameworks and compliance protocols (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance observability and monitoring
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with AWS/Azure/GCP
- Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong proficiency in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Understanding of cost optimization strategies for cloud environments
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps, or GCP Professional)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts
