Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices on AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and database queries
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Kubernetes & Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blogs
- Ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Node.js/Python/Java)
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Proven track record with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
