Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices and agile methodologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve application speed and responsiveness.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS/Sass.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
