Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications and microservices.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our core applications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, technical debt assessments, and refactoring initiatives.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify potential risks and propose technical strategies to mitigate them proactively.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to keep our stack cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js (or Python/Go).
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
