Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and establish coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advocate for best practices in engineering.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
