Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using React.js and modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high code quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern CSS (Sass, Tailwind, or Styled Components).
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or MobX).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and HTTP protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and documented code.
