Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Maintain and improve the stability, security, and scalability of our existing software systems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and ORM tools (Sequelize, TypeORM, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
