Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver high-quality features.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and establish coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for high-traffic environments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency in React.js or Angular and Node.js or Python.
- Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
