Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including agile planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective long-term architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
