Responsibilities
- Design scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards
- Collaborate with global teams on agile development cycles using Jira and CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize system performance and implement security best practices for financial data
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to modern tech stacks
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders through clear documentation and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in fintech or SaaS domains
- Excellent English communication skills with experience in cross-cultural teams
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
