Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Leadership: Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and architectural decisions to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define features and deliver products on time.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security: Implement and maintain security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Visa Status: Must be willing to work with us to obtain H1B Visa Sponsorship.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering robust solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
