Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including virtualization and containerization
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and monitor network security
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology roadmaps
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance standards
- Lead infrastructure upgrades and technology migrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with scripting (Python/PowerShell) and automation tools
- Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
