Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Operations) to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across cloud environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) for effective cross-border communication.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to sponsor work visa sponsorship.
