Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver features that exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical mentoring of junior developers.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Contribute to the definition of technical strategy and roadmap for our core products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States or eligible for visa sponsorship.
