Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions to ensure system integrity.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure application stability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# (depending on stack).
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with SQL databases and ORM frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility to work in the US and willingness to sponsor an H1B visa if required.
