Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud architectures using AWS/Azure services
- Lead enterprise cloud migration projects with zero-downtime requirements
- Develop infrastructure-as-code templates using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture improvements and reserved instance strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and establish cloud governance frameworks
- Conduct security assessments and compliance audits for cloud environments
- Partner with product teams to align cloud solutions with business objectives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud architecture experience with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of leading enterprise cloud migrations (50+ instances)
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
- Experience with cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (MS preferred)
