Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable cloud-native applications using AWS and microservices architecture
- Collaborate daily with Philadelphia team via Agile methodologies and Jira workflows
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Contribute to technical strategy for transatlantic product integrations
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Present quarterly technical roadmaps to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Node.js and Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience collaborating with US-based teams across time zones
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience with portfolio
- CI/CD proficiency with Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system architecture experience
