Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on user experience and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high code quality standards.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into our existing tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a Full Stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
