Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and drive project timelines.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications to ensure maximum speed and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering department.
- Testing: Implement rigorous testing strategies to ensure software reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a Full Stack environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue), Node.js, and Python. Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
