Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software systems using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver features on time.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and improve application efficiency.
- Agile Methodology: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript; strong experience with React or Angular is a plus.
- Database: Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
