Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Lead code reviews and ensure best practices are followed across the development team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage relational and non-relational databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
