About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Software Engineer to lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers. You will work in an English-speaking environment, collaborating with teams across different time zones to deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using modern frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define project requirements.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and propose improvements to our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required for team communication.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
